Problems Sending

I received a receipt for files I didn't send.
The developers of Slingshot take the security and acceptable use of the application very seriously. Misusing a corporate system or posing as another individual is a serious offense that can, under certain circumstances, result in disciplinary action not excluding termination.

If an individual has used your email address to send files without your consent, we have numerous tools at our disposal for tracking and identifying the culprit. Please use the contact us form to notify the administrators. Be sure to include the complete link (url) provided in the file receipt so we can properly identify the transaction. The transaction link looks something like this:


We will be sure to delete the files immediately and begin an active investigation.
