Problems Receiving
The link in my email doesn't work.
If for any reason you can't click the link provided in your delivery email, you can copy and paste the transaction
link (url) into your web browser's address bar to access your files. We display this link for you within the email
and it looks something like this:
https://slingshot.twdc.com/?c=jBG09osXNt83xqB4h7wJGbqqgCF4tv8xhkCb
It is very important that you include the
entire link with the complete string of letters and numbers or
Slingshot will be unable to access your files. This code is case-sensitive.
If you receive an error stating that "The link you provided does not contain a valid transaction code" then you
should double-check that you've included the
entire code and that it wasn't, for example, cut off by a line
break in your email client.
If you receive an error stating that "The link you provided has expired" then the specified storage time for the
files has passed and you will need to contact the original sender directly to have the files re-sent.
