Problems Sending
Address is "an invalid email address" error.
For certain email domains, Slingshot checks with the Recipient's email server
to ensure that the email address provided is valid and links to an existing email account.
If you receive this error, please verify that you have entered the address correctly. If the error continues, please
check with your Recipient directly to ensure their correct email address.
If your otherwise valid email address is returned as invalid, please contact your I.T. help desk directly and notify
them that your email account is "not enabled for Internet email." Please note that changes to your email account
(new name, recent hire or moved location) can require 2-3 days to update the system, during which an email address
may be mistakenly marked as invalid.
