How do I pick up my files?
When someone sends you files via Slingshot, we send an email to the exact email address they provided in the "To" field. This email contains a web link (url) unique to your transaction that links to a page where you can open or download the files to your computer.

If for any reason you can't click the link provided in your delivery email, you can copy and paste the transaction link (url) into your web browser's address bar to access your files. We display this link for you within the email and it looks something like this:


It is very important that you include the entire link with the complete string of letters and numbers or Slingshot will be unable to access your files. This code is case-sensitive.
