Can you bring back my expired files?
For security reasons, once a transaction has expired all of its files and associated data are permanently deleted
from the server. We do not maintain backup copies of these files.
If you still need the expired files, please contact the original sender directly to have them re-sent.
As a sender, the receipt link includes the option to renew the expiration date if the files have not yet expired,
and you need additional time.
