I never received a delivery email.

Slingshot sends the file delivery notice to the exact email addresses specified by the original sender in the "To" field of the submission form. If they mistyped your address then you will not receive the delivery email.

If the mistyped address does not exist, an "address not found" (bounce back) email message will be sent to the sender's email address as entered in the "From" field of the submission form. However, if they also mistyped their own address the server will be unable to deliver this failure notice and they may be unaware that they mistyped your address.

Please contact the original sender directly and ask them to verify the address or re-send you the files. You may also want to check your mail client's junk mail folder or settings to ensure that Slingshot delivery notices are not being filtered as spam.
