How do I track who has downloaded my files?
Slingshot provides download tracking so you can see which recipients have accessed your files. On the "Your Slingshots" dashboard and the "Manage Slingshot" page, you’ll see a table listing each recipient.

The table includes columns for Downloaded (shows whether each recipient has downloaded their files) and Last Downloaded (shows the date and time of the most recent download for each recipient). If a recipient has not downloaded their files, the date will be blank.

Note: Download tracking is only available to the sender. Recipients cannot see who else has downloaded files.
