Problems Receiving
"Download All" link does not work as expected.
When picking up multiple files, a "Download All" link may be provided at the bottom of the download page to allow
the Recipient to download multiple files at once.
Due to the unique functionality of each web browser, the "Download All" feature may not work as expected for all
users on all systems. Internet Explorer for Windows requires the user to set a download destination for each
individual file, so the "Download All" link will still cause users to be prompted for a download location for each
file. Firefox allows for an overall download location to be set in Preferences/Options, which will enable the
"Download All" functionality to work as expected.
The "Download As Zip" feature allows users to download all selected files as a single ZIP archive. This can simplify the download process, especially for users with slower connections or those who need to download many files at once.
The "Download All" link is provided as a convenience feature. If it is not working properly, try the "Download as Zip" option. If that doesn't work for you, you can still
download each file individually using the "Download" link next to each file name.
